FabFemale 233 Posted June 1, 2016 I had my one month follow up with my surgeon today! Wow I can't believe it's been a month! He said I've done a great job and released me to workout and onto regular foods! I'm down 24lbs from surgery date! I haven't measured myself but my clothes are looser. He gave me a goal of losing another 25lbs in 8 weeks. I know I can do that!! I asked him what I could do to move things along and he said to workout / exercise more often. Honestly I haven't done any walking other than for work or grocery shopping. So getting to the gym and on a regular exercise routine I should see better results! Not that I'm not happy with my results so far! This is the best decision I've ever made. My blood pressure is back to normal range! I'm off my cholesterol medicine! Looking forward to feeling even better than I do now and being Fit and Fabulous!! #noregrets #mytimeasacaterpillarhasexpiredmywingsareready Keep up the good work everyone! I do have a question about starting on regular foods. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should be trying ? I already eat fish, chicken, beef. I want to try different things.
