wknapp2966 8 Posted July 9, 2016 Had my sleeve done 7/5. Is anyone else second guessing the decision? I am struggling to even drink 20 ounces and find a way to get Protein. How is everyone else doing it? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Bee healthy 29 Posted July 10, 2016 Wknapp2966. I had mine on July 5 and have wondered what the heck did I do???? Today was the first day I felt a little better. I have been told this is normal. I hope so. I am struggling with my liquid goals too. I desperately want a cup of coffee but can't imagine how I would drink it. I'm to full!
wknapp2966 8 Posted July 10, 2016 I have a friend who had the sleeve done over a year ago. She keeps telling me it's worth it. I don't drink coffee but would love something with sugar! Are you feeling air moving just from drinking sips of any liquid? I feel like I am making more air in my stomach with each sip. Bee healthy 29 Posted July 10, 2016 mine is more like a rumbling, not air. Like my stomach is always empty. What protien shakes are you drinking? I am finding them really really sweet.
amandaelder4 26 Posted July 10, 2016 I felt like "what the heck did I do" the first day after surgery. The second day a bit better. So i am guessing it will get better as the days keep going. I figure we see all these success stories and we just have to hang in there. We've got this. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
