Proud2BMe 1,016 Posted May 31, 2016 No fruit for me, too much sugar. No deserts period, even "sugar free". I decided to break the mental enslavement to the idea that somehow it's normal to have deserts every day when in reality it's not normal at all. Instead, I have normal treats like cake, ice cream, Cookies, and candy only on special occasions such as holidays and birthdays. I was actually told to avoid snacking entirely during the active weight lost phase and then incorporate Snacks while in the maintenance phase. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
