brittanylau 42 Posted May 31, 2016 Gaining weight or not losing weight like I use to. I'm now 3 weeks out and have heard that stalls are usually hit around this time. Has this happened to anyone else? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
KindaFamiliar 3,867 Posted May 31, 2016 Just about everyone from what I can tell... Don't stress about it... Just go with it... There's nothing you can do... It's all part of the deal... Have a read of the "Embrace The Stall" thread on here somewhere... Protein and water... Keep it up!!!

Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted May 31, 2016 Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. Almost everyone e experiences periodic stalls and slow downs, and just about everyone experiences a stall about three weeks post-op. Just follow your program. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids, take your Vitamins and supplements as directed, and exercise.
