48 hour clear

Finally in the home stretch. But why did I volunteer to work overtime on 3rd shift the day I start my 48 hour clear? Bad idea. cant sleep during the day, did not want to drink all day , kept avoiding food at home. Now I'm struggling to stay awake and cant have caffeine. Hurry up 6/1/2016 the good thing is I have a few errands to run when I get off at 8:30am then I can sleep the day away. I am 2 wake ups away from surgery day!!!!!!

UGH! That would be tough! Hope you sleep well when you get home. Meanwhile - drink, drink, drink while you are running your errands. Get some of that Protein and Fluid in before you fall asleep.
