I have the 10 cc band, too. I was filled with 5 cc's 4 weeks after surgery and then 1 cc 3 months later. My starting weight was 265 and I am 5' 6". I have lost 66 pounds since the pre-op diet (I just hit ONEderland today!).

my BMI was like 69 and I got the 4cc..

and with a 1.1 cc fill, I am not restricted.
