June surgery day

I didn't have to do a liquid pre-op diet instead I did no carbs, no sugar, Protein high diet. I tried to find a yoghurt but they all had way too many carbs and sugars

Lucky you. I have 2 Protein Shakes , 4oz Protein and 3 cups of salad and fat free dressing.

I was so excited when she told me I didn't have to do shakes lol, don't get me wrong, it was still hard and the portion sizes were smaller than I was used to but at least it was real food. I really never fathomed how many carbs and sugars there are in foods till I had to pick everything up and look at the labels.
