Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted May 29, 2016 Frankly, between the chocolate Protein Shakes, chocolate Protein pudding, chocolate calcium chews, chocolate is not something I go without. I also like the caramel Calcium chews.
Nibbler 71 Posted May 30, 2016 My sweet tooth was not removed with my surgery <boo>. I tell myself all the time that this surgery is not a magic bullet. It is a tool. I know I should have lost more by now and continue to be my own worse enemy. But slow and steady is better than nothing. I continue to be a work in progress. I did not gain this overnight and I will not lose it overnight.
Christinamo7 4,042 Posted May 30, 2016 head hunger can be a real ***** can't it? but when I want a candy bar I usually work a triple chocolate Power Crunch Protein bar into my regimen or I make an powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate shake with fairlife milk and add some PB powder for a reese taste. when I want ice cream I have a sugar free popsicle. I find that when I am doing what I am supposed to do, getting my fluids and Protein most of the time it quiets the cravings. and sometimes I just tell myself NO, and pick up one of my hobbies to keep my hands busy and get through it.
