Have the Nurse out a warm blanket under your shoulder and one on top. That really helped with my gas pains

I don't have anymore gas pains. Just pain in one of the incision areas to the left. Also, is it normal to FEEL the actual liquid that I am drinking going down my stomach and when it reaches my intestines I get a little cramp that quickly goes away. Also my insides are LOUD and making all kinds of noises now.

You're going to be ok ((hugs)). First few days are rough, but it will get better. I'm 13 days post op and feel so great. I just read my first texts to my sister from day 1 -3 it's almost a blur. That's how much better you will feel. Walk & drink (sip) your Water and plenty of it.

I stayed nauseous for about a month or so, but my surgeon sent me home with a prescription for nausea meds and it helped but I ate them like candy.< /p>
