With 6 grams of carbs and 25 grams of Protein, it should be fine.

One easy rule of thumb is to keep carbs under 10 and Protein over 10.

So they should be good? Well some of them at least cause some of them have high fructose corn Syrup an oil

I wouldn't use anything with high fructose corn Syrup.< /p>

As to oil, it depends on the kind of oil.
