Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted May 26, 2016 I wouldn't spend too much on underwear either. Even 40% off isn't a great deal at LB - if you are going to shrink out of them quickly. They always have sales - sometimes 5/$25 which is frequent. In the beginning, you may just want to buy some Hanes undies! lol Not long after surgery I bought 3 pairs of underwear in the next two sizes down. I actually bought a package of Hanes at Dollar General the other day. I haven't yet tried them in, but bought a package off the rack on clearance because I could! I'm down 103 pounds, 85 since surgery, and my expectations of what sizes I would be wearing are very different than what's actually been happening. karoberts17 33 Posted June 2, 2016 Don't do it. One month post up I went from a 40D to a 36C. Four months post up and I'm hanging on to a 36B....barely. Since the girls have become a distant memory I've become a fan of bras on clearance and the cheap ones from Wally World. And, ALL are pushups so it looks like I actually have boobs.
