JupiterinVirgo 846 Posted May 28, 2016 I'm not a big Water drinker either. I want to be, but like most people I find a bland and boring. This by itself was not such terrible thing before surgery because I could go down a bottle and a couple of minutes and go on about my day, but now it takes me 45 minutes to an hour to drink a bottle of Water. A few little tricks I like to use: I find that ice cold water goes down the easiest, although other people find that room temperature water is easier to get in. I flavor my water by adding fresh organic fruits and herbs to it, like: lemon slices, sprigs of mint, cucumber slices, a sprig of sage, etc. there and less varieties of this that you can do, that will give you all kinds of refreshing and interesting tastes and your water without adding harmful aspartame and other sweeteners to it. Finally, although it is not water, I like to make a fresh organic gourmet sun tea, again using fresh organic novel flavors to make it interesting. If I wish to have it sweetened, I add organic Stevia. I hope these suggestions are helpful; diet soda, Crystal light, and other GMO sweet and chemical concoctions I definitely not in our best interest in the long run. Good luck!
