Anyone have their surgery covered by Obama Care insurance policies?

Hi anyone get their surgery covered under one of the Obama care policy? If so how was it? Was it hard to get approved?

I do/did. It took 10 days to get approval after I finished the 6 months of diet documenting and pre surgery testing. Everything went smoothly with no hitches on the insurance/paperwork/approval.

Also, no out of pocket expenses except for Vitamins post surgery.

Just like employer plan it varies from policy to policy and state to state. Unfortunately need to check exclusions on each policy.
