applejenn 173 Posted May 25, 2016 Can we have these?? I haven't looked at the nutritional value yet, I've just been trying to think of alternatives for different foods Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
KristenLe 5,979 Posted May 25, 2016 I would say no - too many carbs. But - I'm just guessing.
CHM 1,009 Posted May 25, 2016 Personally I think they're fine on occasion. I use raw wonton wrappers to make mini lasagna or ravioli when I just want Pasta. I use 4 of them, which contain 80 calories, 16g carbs, and 3g Protein. Yes, they have carbs, but I don't feel the count is that bad for an occasional fix, especially if I've been watching them elsewhere for the rest of the day. I wouldn't make them a daily staple though.
CharlotteKat 90 Posted May 28, 2016 If you want a real treat, try making wonton wrapper pizzas. You bake the wontons at 475 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes in the oven. Take them out of the oven after they crisp up and then you add pizza sauce, cheese and toppings. Put them back in the oven until the cheese melts. They are easy to digest and the wonton wrappers make a great thin Pizza Crust.< /p>
lifeofblair 308 Posted May 28, 2016 Use them or egg roll wrappers for pizzas. Or tacos. So good
