applejenn 173 Posted May 25, 2016 I'm doing ok getting fluids in still on Clear liquids until the 2nd, but no Protein. My dr told me no smoothie type drinks yet and every time I add my protein to a drink it becomes smoothie looking. Even when I put unflavored in my crystal light it becomes smoothie type. I'm 3 days out from my rny and the best position is horizontal....I'm drinking Isopure which is a juice based protein.
