lazylyn 21 Posted May 24, 2016 I have learned that I must take all my Proteins in daily , I have learned to take in all Vitamins and Calcium as the plan tells us to. I am on a stall for 5 weeks now and I know it's okay. I have learned that so what I'm stalled but they have taken me off blood pressure meds. So my health is getting better. So all in all I have learned that just because the weights not coming off as fast as I'd like it to my health comes first.
