vwlover 6 Posted May 21, 2016 Can you just blitz loads of fruit n beg to make smoothies n shakes etc? Only I'm sick on any type of Protein Drinks. But LOVE all fruit n veg. I wasn't, not even pureed, except for a small amount of berries, because fruit is so high in calories, carbs, and sugar. Better to focus, IMO, on Protein at this point rather than liquid sugar like you would get if you started drinking a lot of fruit. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I used to enjoy green smoothies, mostly veg, some fruit.< /p> I hope to enjoy them again in the future. right now? it's all I can do to get my Protein in. I was allowed unsweetened applesauce at the full liquids stage and would add my unflavored Protein to it. I still do once or twice a week as it helps my bowels.
