Most of the questions I'm asked get a variation of one of these two responses:

1) Thanks! I feel great - now tell me about YOU. (and they always do!)

2) Why on earth would you ask that? (accompanied by eyebrow raise suggesting the questions in inappropriately invasive)

Or a variation "Why do you ask? (with a sincere puzzled expectant look) and then after they answer smile and change the subject
