I have a problem. I have to wait longer than an hour to drink. So you guys know why? Yesterday had some chicken and then waited 45 minutes and had half a cup of Water. Then I threw up.

I will do so. My support group meets in Manhasset, at Nothwell Health, which is hard to reach in time without asking time off work (I work in Westchester); would like to form a group and hire a nutritionist in Queens. The more who join, the less it will cost. I expect the nutritionist will report all findings to our respective Bariatric programs. For me, the best time will be 7 pm once a month, with mixed pre- and post gastric sleeves.

Well if I could get there that's where I would go but California is a bit far and my private jet is in the shop.
