I'm ready to get my body in shape the way it should and try to control my PCOS. I'm getting really nervous, Any support, tips or tricks for the sleeve would be much appreciated and returned ❤️ Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted May 18, 2016 You will do great. The thing I think that helped me the most was to make a commitment to do everything my team asked me to do, even if I was afraid or thought I couldn't do it. After surgery, the sooner you can get up and walk the better. Sip, sip, sip: getting in all of your Protein and fluids is critical for healing and weight loss. I also decided to only weigh at doctors appointments early out. Staying off the scale can save your sanity. Best of luck and keep us posted on how you are doing. And, Happy Birthday!
