Pre-op diet day 9

Has anyone else noticed that they get hungry at a certain time everday? For me, everytime it hits 3:00 I feel starving, but I don't want to drink another shake until dinner.< /p>

It's most likely head hunger or "habit" (it happens to me around that time too) - even if I've eaten recently. I'm trying to get my head in another place when this happens - but it's a struggle.

It certainly doesn't feel like head hunger lol. My stomach growls and I feel weak.

Yeah - mine doesn't! Can you have broth? May be that'll hold you over until the next shake. What kind of shake are you drinking?

It's called Bariatric Advantage. It's what my nutritionist office has us use.

Those are the ones I have to do post-op I think. I would try broth if you are hungry.

Ok so maybe have another shake to ease you through this. Or try to space the timing of your shakes so that you can still have one at 3? On my pre op diet I could have 5 shakes and two bars a day. How many are you having?

I can have 4 shakes and 2 cups of veggies a day... plus whatever broth, sugar free Jello and Water.

I think I may just starting having one at 3 and then maybe 7 or 8.
