Ga Medicaid-Emory Midtown

I just got back clearance on my nicotine test. They've submitted my claim for surgery to GA medicaid. Any idea on how long before they call with a surgery date? I am have gastric bypass surgery at Emory Midtown by Jamil Stetler of Emory Bariatrics. TIA

I'm having my surgery at Emory Midtown tomorrow with Dr. Lin. No idea how long medicaid takes to respond. But, as soon as they do approve, you will be scheduled for a pre-op nutrition class (available every Tuesday and Thursday from 9a-10:30a). Two days after my class I heard back from Dr. Lin's assistant with my surgery date (originally less than two weeks out from the date she called but I asked for another week to sort out schedules.)
