Got my band today....

I was banded this morning at 7;30AM. I can't not believe how good I feel. I was released at noon, and I had a hianal hernia repair too. I am hardly having the shoulder pain any longer. (it is about 12 1/2 hours post op) My throat still is sore.

I know tomorrow can be a different story, but I am so happy right now that this hasn't had first day issues. That was my concern the first day....

DH and I went into contract to purchase a new home. I joked around about how over the next few months, I will be taking pics of me and my body changes and the house as it goes through it's building changes.

I will post more as my life keeps changing.

I just wanted to send good wishes to all of you being banded this week. I'll be thinking of you. Take care and let us know how it goes.
