What is the nutritional profile? Aren't these the kind that are high carb? What does your NUT say?
KristenLe 5,979 Posted May 16, 2016 These aren't ideal and not worth it. They have 18gms (7gms sugar) carbs and only 16gms Protein.

Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App You really have to read labels to make sure they are bariatric friendly. Some Protein shakes are marketed to body builders and have high carbs, some are marketed to the elderly (also high carb), and still others are marketed to the general public (high carb). Anything you see advertised on tv or through multilevel marketing probably has high carb.
FocusOnMeNow 599 Posted May 18, 2016 Two words: Premier Protein ... The best protein/carb ratio I have ever seen with lots of Vitamins and fairly affordable at Walmart and SAMs.
VSGAnn2014 12,992 Posted May 18, 2016 I've heard of Shakeology, but never had any of their products. Just went to their Web site and explored pricing. Jeez Louise! Unless I'm misunderstanding everything, they cost $5 - $6 per shake -- for a 150 calorie shake that has only 16 grams of Protein. Next lifetime, I'm coming back as a healthcare Protein shake-down mogul.
