jintycb 721 Posted May 15, 2016 You look wonderful. Keep going girl. I'm seven months out too and so happy. Isn't WLS surgery just the most amazing thing. I'm loving my journey and hope that anyone who is wondering whether or not to undergo surgery just goes for it. It's the best thing that I have ever done. My fitness levels have just soared, as has my self esteem. I'm having a ball wearing clothes that are fun instead of functional and am determined to grow old disgracefully. ImageUploadedByBariatricPal1463296465.423906.jpg ImageUploadedByBariatricPal1463296482.157477.jpgYou look amazing. I'm getting my surgery in July and I'm really scared. I'm afraid that I may have complications with nausea and dumping syndrome and something called the "foamies". Can you tell me a little about your experience to get where you are. I can't wait to look like that!! Thanks Sent from my SCH-I545 using the BariatricPal App
MzStockton 182 Posted May 17, 2016 First of all don't think negative!!!! You got this and you're going to do wonderful. I'm so glad I did, and the joy of reviewing tons of compliments, fitting old clothes, buying new ones, and knowing you're improving your health all at the same time is everything!! Best advice I can give you is take it one day at a time, eat your Protein, drink your Water, and try not to fall into temptation. I didn't have any issues just eat slowly you're body will let you know if your choice of food is for you. Everyone is different therefore my journey will be different from yours and others.
