Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App Measure out a serving. Eat slowly and take small bites. You might want to use a small spoon (like an appetizer or toddler spoon), or just use the tip of a regular teaspoon. Put the spoon down between bites. You will start to learn the difference between satisfied and one bite too many. You really don't want to eat until you are "full", but rather until you are satisfied.
