Bad needle pain with fills?

I have had 2 fills and no pain either time. I was so scared the first time when I saw that needle but it wasn't bad at all.

My port is very close to the skin as I had a Tummy Tuck 1.5 years prior to this surgery. I guess mine may be easier to access as I don't have much tissue over my port.

My first fill was under fluro... a bit of discomfort at first but it was something different. I did get a spray of some kind of numbing agent for about 20-30 seconds before the Dr. stuck me.

I just got my second fill last week and other than a bit of pressure, I didn't even feel the needle. It was great!!!
