RobertD16 47 Posted May 12, 2016 Well the past couple weeks I don't know what is it but I have been eating a lot more than usual and a lot more unhealthy choices...I am not sure if it is stress or if it is because I know I am having surgery soon..Regardless I want to start getting myself ready for everything anyone else have any tips on how to get into eating healthy mode? LaffeyTaffey 27 Posted May 12, 2016 I'm in the same boat! I had a hankering for chocolate for a while so I had a batch of tasty black bean brownies. They're all gone now thank goodness.
