I know there are a lot of rules for cooking and what not, I'm just wondering if anyone has any recipes or ideas for a chicken meal. Christinamo7 4,042 Posted May 12, 2016 I like chicken breasts. sometimes I cook them in the crock pot with garlic, salt and pepper. then during the week we can have bbq chicken, or I can make taquitos (low carb wrap) or just have it with veg. Tonight I sauted chicken breasts in olive oil with garlic salt and pepper, then I made a pan sauce with cider, a tsp of honey and a tsp of butter. it was ahmazing. served with asparagus. but one of my favorites is to saute the chick, simmer it in my fav spag sauce and then top with parm cheese. if you slice the chick breasts then it reheats very well for lunches. sometimes I take the pulled chick, add taco seasoning and black Beans and top it with cheddar cheese. mmmm mm mmmm Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
