I take 1 egg and I tablespoon of cottage cheese and scramble them together. Best scrambled eggs ever!

I take one egg and a **big** pat of butter added to them just as they begin to set, topped with a good cheese. Serve them almost runny but not quite. BEST eggs.< /p>

Man I just am to scared to eat butter or bacon or sausage any of that. I just can't mentally do it. I bought some soy chorizo today I think I could use a little of that in eggs. I plan to make some chili with it.

Can I ask a question? Why are you scared or butter, bacon or sausage? Is it because you're concerned your body won't handle those food well it because they will make you gain weight? In my opinion you need some fat in your diet (fat doesn't make you fat) and there is nothing wrong with a bit of butter, sausage or bacon. I had bacon wrapped shrimp for dinner the other night. It was a delicious, high Protein dinner that fit nicely in my plan.

Lipstick lady I only do mostly liquids. And like one egg and even my Beans I have it blended. I eat about 4 table spoons per meal. This morning I listen to someone on here and added some mozzarella cheese to my egg and I for the first time got dumping. I am not doing that again.

For Breakfast, I like cottage cheese mixed with low fat yogurt and a banana to "dip" in it

How far out are you?

Fish, I get, but eggs?

No popcorn was a rule where I once worked. We had a lady who liked it burnt in the microwave. Oh gawd, the stench.

I don't get it either. I've never known eggs to be foul.

Burnt popcorn, though.......horrid stuff. Happens all the time where I work. The break area has pair of microwaves....each a different size and wattage....one has rotary feature....other does not. People are always goofing up the cooking times needed between the two.

The struggle is real.

I can remember arriving at work when I was pregnant (many, many, many years ago), making it to my office and then the smell of the open food carts on the units would hit me. The smell of the eggs would let me spend the next hour with my friend, "Tommy Toilet". The stench was just gut retching--literally. yuck.

Now a days, though, one of my favorite breakfasts is a poached egg poached in milk with a dollop of butter, salt and pepper. I spoon out the eggs with some of the hot buttered milk and yummy, yummy in my tummy. (did I mention that I am a dairy farmer's daughter? :) ). Sometimes if the well was dry, we had more milk available than Water...

Now about the popcorn...

I LOVE burnt popcorn! When I was experiencing GERD--before surgery, I found that eating burnt popcorn actually help rid myself of excess acid.

I have set off the smoke alarms many, many times. One time I actually had flames coming out of the microwave! :0 :) I make my popcorn in a old fashion kid's brown lunch bag--put into the microwave for 4 mins. or until burnt to perfection! No oil--just popcorn put into a brown paper bag . YUM!

I have half of Premier Protein shake or half a container of yogurt. I've tried eating a homemade Fiber muffin but usually can only consume a couple of bites

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
