High weight (left) - 442 pounds

Surgery weight - 387 pounds

Current weight (right) - around 240

I've been laid up with a huge bandage and cast on my left leg since my surgery last week so I have no idea what I weigh at this moment but I was 243 last I checked. :) Thanks for sharing your progress, I love seeing it! I can't wait to see everyone else's! :)

My surgery is scheduled for July 12th I'm so excited I have similar stats.

Hw: 442

Weight as of today: 388

I hope to lose another 15 lb before surgery

@@KristenLe and @@Mudgy6

I run. A LOT. Just finished my second marathon and typically run 20-30 miles a week. I also do high intensity yoga, vinyasa and Ashtanga, about five hours a week.

BUT, lemme tell ya pre op and even as far back as high school I was a couch potato to the nth degree. The one who walked in PE class when everyone else ran.

About a month out I started Couch to 5k and three months out started yoga and haven't looked back.
