I was just beginning my journey to WLS and weighed somewhere are 294lbs. The middle and right picture are from early May 2016, about 206lbs. SW 297.7 (June 2015) Surgery 267.6 (Jan 18, 2016) CW 200.8 GW 150.0 We have really similar stats. I'm only out almost 3 months so I'm at 226. How tall are you? Thanks for sharing your progress, I love seeing it! I can't wait to see everyone else's! My surgery is scheduled for July 12th I'm so excited I have similar stats. jess9395 5,449 Posted June 30, 2016 @@KristenLe and @@Mudgy6 I run. A LOT. Just finished my second marathon and typically run 20-30 miles a week. I also do high intensity yoga, vinyasa and Ashtanga, about five hours a week. BUT, lemme tell ya pre op and even as far back as high school I was a couch potato to the nth degree. The one who walked in PE class when everyone else ran. About a month out I started Couch to 5k and three months out started yoga and haven't looked back.
