I was sleeved on 4/26/16. I had my 2 week post-op check up today and my surgeon is very pleased with my progress! When I started my pre-op diet I weighed in at 254lbs! The day of my surgery I was 241lbs...

Today I weighed in at a ridiculous 220lbs!!! I'm currently wearing a shirt that was previously form fitting/tight, and it's actually fitting the way it's supposed to be!

I'm in little to no pain, and I'm tolerating pureed food very well (just started purees today)! I'm feeling truly blessed in my recovery, and I have so many of my family and friends cheering me on and asking for updates! It makes me teary eyed to see how many people care about me and my health!

Ok, hormonal moment over! Thanks, y'all!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
