It's as simple as this;

They're uneducated about it.

But they always claim to know someone who's had it and fail and "died"..yes that magic small percentage of deaths involved in wls these people always know

I look at it like this..people don't like you for being fat and they also don't like the way you lose the fat...what's the common denominator?
