Cinpep 11 Posted May 10, 2016 I was sleeved on May 19, 2015 in Georgetown, KY. I am also having issues with the scale not moving. I also have a problem with sugar and I have started drinking (well a few months ago) Diet drinks. I am trying to increase my exercise. My center has support groups every few months, but my one complaint about the center is that they no longer have a psychologist on staff. I feel like fixing the stomach and having the surgery is the easy part, fixing the reason of why I gained that weight in the first place is the hard part. When you don't have someone to talk to that has been through the surgery it is hard, my husband and daughter are super supportive but they don't fully understand how I feel. I would like to do something like a sugar and caffeine detox, would you be up for trying that also, we could support each other!

Weigh and measure your food to make sure portion creep isn't happening. Record or log all your food. The basics work!
