Today was my first day of my 90 day weight loss management! I met with the PA and the surgeon and went over a food plan. So excited!! Even though I'm only required to lose 12 lbs I'm going to try for at least 30lbs for surgery. Went to costco stocked up on good healthy food and Protein Bars they recommended went home and meal prepped for the week, and now I feel like im good to go. Taking it one day at a time
