Hi guys!

I was wondering what you guys have been using on our new hot bods to get rid of the stretchmarks and the scarring from surgery.

My surgeon told me to start using a cream but i have NO idea what to try.

I have not had luck with maderma, but my son got bit by a dog in the face few years ago he was 10 and he has no visible scars at all.

Now when I used it, did nothing for me. Not sure if because of my age or what.

And the stuff isn't cheap

I've been using essential oils and coconut oil to prevent sagging skin & stretch marks. Not sure about the scars - they aren't too bad and I will never wear a bikini so that part doesn't matter much to me.

My doctor told me to use Vitamin E, so I did. It works. I used scar sheets also, I got them from Walmart and cut them in half. They totally help also.

I am using bio oil now. I only have one noticeable scar.

Vitamin E oil. I have been using it since post op day 1. My scars are visable but its only been 6 weeks. Just make sure to put something over them if you go tanning, because that makes them darker =/

Has anyone tried these on scars from plastic surgery on their arms? My biggest problem with saggy skin is my arms, but I hear that it is not worth getting the plastic surgery because of the scars.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
