KristenLe 5,979 Posted May 6, 2016 Just got back on track! It's common to stall and if you stick with your plan - the scale will move.

I just stress myself out about my calories if i get anywhere close to 1000 i freak out and think i have messed up and ate to much for the day and worry thats why the scale isnt moving but like i said i am def more hungry this past week than i have been since the surgery so its getting kind of hard. KristenLe 5,979 Posted May 7, 2016 My NUT doesn't put much emphasis on calories. Try drinking more fluids if you feel hungry. I was also told to eat 5-6 times a day - very small amounts - Protein first. Hang in there!

Just follow your program and focus on Protein and fluids. 1000 calories is not unreasonable. You are more likely to not lose with too few calories, especially if you aren't getting enough protein. VSGAnn2014 12,992 Posted May 7, 2016 If you eat sugar you will crave sugar. Therefore, don't eat any sugar.
