Griggs2alr 31 Posted May 6, 2016 I was sleeved on 4/11. My hw was 345 pre- op after my diet on surgery day I was 325. Well yesterday was 24 days post-op I weighted in at 299. This is the first time in a long time I've been in the 200's. I'm little kid excited. So I have 4lbs till my 50lb loss. I know I have a long way to go on my journey but I'm breaking it into little goals for my sanity. So yahhh me. And we are doing something awesome so lets keep up the good work. jane13 2,256 Posted May 6, 2016 @@Griggs2alr - the small goals are the BIGGEST ones sometimes. Keep trying on clothes you haven't worn for NSVs. Don't forget to measure yourself NOW for the stalls that will mess with your head. Inches "lost" are SO much fun to lose

heidikat72 935 Posted May 6, 2016 Fantastic! I think having goals along the way and celebrating them is important. It helps with staying motivated and breaks the process down into more manageable (less daunting/overwhelming) segments.
anitavee 57 Posted May 6, 2016 We have similar stats. My HW was 342. I am 6 ft tall and wore a size 22. I am exactly 1 month post-op and I weigh 296. I'm in a size 18 but still struggling with my Fluid and Protein goals. Congrats on your weight loss. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
