Doc'sWife 56 Posted May 5, 2016 My revision is getting closer and closer! I have an upper GI tomorrow, psych eval today and they got my sleep study results back and I don't have any issues. I've been going to the support groups for the hospital as needed and whenever someone finds out I'm a revision from band they always assume that I hated my band. I don't think ppl understand how much I loved my band, it gave me a whole new life. I'm actually scared of getting the bypass Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
James Marusek 5,244 Posted May 6, 2016 It is common to get nervous prior to surgery. I went through so much work in order to get qualified for the RNY surgery, that I just put blinders on. As a result I had nerves of steel.
Doc'sWife 56 Posted May 6, 2016 It is common to get nervous prior to surgery. I went through so much work in order to get qualified for the RNY surgery, that I just put blinders on. As a result I had nerves of steel. I was the same until today. I realized all I have to do is wait for the date now and the nerves just came crashing down like they were just waiting on the edges until just the right moment Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
