I'm having a difficult time adjusting I'm used to eating healthy meals like a full plate of like chicken vegetables and salad I think it's boring to have one egg or for dinner 1/2 of ground turkey and 1/4 a cup puréed vegetables and that's a big obstacle for me right now it's adjusting but it takes time I'm allowed two Snacks besides three meals but after dinner I've had my allowed food for the day and if I want to lose weight

I am not sure how many months post-op you are. I found that softer foods went down easier and had better flavor. Softer foods are chili and Soups. I included a couple recipes at the end of the following article. http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery.pdf
