I am 14 years out from my gastric bypass and have started drinking and now I think I am replacing one bad habit with another. Can anyone help me?

1st Timer in this blog. Your post touched me because I am post gastric sleeve surgery and have been dealing with this same issue and I have gained my weight back. (Which is what brought me to this blog seeking some form of support) How are you doing now?
