Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted May 5, 2016 I didn't have a puree phase, but I ate (and still eat) a lot of geek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, refried Beans, chili, Protein pudding, etc. Everything tastes better with melted cheese on top (except maybe the Greek yogurt). A lot of folks like The World According to Eggface's ricotta bake. It wasn't one of my favorites. What does your NUT suggest?
tobysgirl 58 Posted May 5, 2016 Two of my favorites came from suggestions on this board -- blended turkey chili with no Beans and blended corned beef hash.
koddie 44 Posted May 5, 2016 I like 2oz of chicken. Half avocado and one small patato. 2tbs low fat milk. Spice and blend. Yum Also califlower boiled and then add can of chicken. Spice and blend. Take cottage cheese and place n a pudding desert cup then make chicken salad. Take the can chicken 2oz and mix it with Greek yogurt add spice. Mix or even purée then place over the cottage cheese. I like hummus as well over steamed pureed veggies. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Ive been making homemade Soups with mixed veggies and occasionally adding mince meat or chicken. Was dying of boredom! I have a can of chickpeas with my name on them for tomorrow. ????
