Boxing training and workout regimen

I'm just hoping I don't break something or cause earthquake like damage in the vicinity. Lol

You won't. It's a great cardio workout

At the club, they do a 15 minute warm up, then focus on a part for the day (leg day/abs day, etc) for 15 minutes, then mitts. It would be cool to be able to do something at home.

I may have to get a jump rope and buy a bag.

Download an app called boxing timer to keep track of rounds that your doing.
