numeby2017 88 Posted May 3, 2016 I don't necessarily feel like my NUT gave me much advice on how to eat to be successful just what to eat. For those that have been successful at optimizing your weight-loss during the honeymoon phase 1st 6 months, can you share what has made you successful? How were you eating, what was your typical day food wise. Exercise? Fluids, etc. Would love to hear your stories. James Marusek 5,244 Posted May 4, 2016 The following article describes my experience with RNY gastric bypass surgery. When solid foods came back in the options after surgery, I found that softer foods worked best for me. These were chili and Soups. I included a few recipes in the article. http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery.pdf
