I'm so nervous about liquids for two weeks my actual surgery date is may 17,2016. I'm located in New Orleans any one in New Orleans? I also need information how to avoid loose skin saggy skin besides high intake of Protein Vitamins and minerals and strengthing exercise. What is the key to not having flabby skin
