I recently tried halo top. It was yummy! I usually try to have a healthier option though for a sweet meal like a low sugar Protein yogurt and no sugar added dark chocolate chips. I suppose halo top has less calories than that so if you just want a couple spoonfuls of something sweet without the caloric load, halo top is decent. Just make sure it's part of your dieticians guidelines.
