sbdooly73 33 Posted April 30, 2016 Does anyone know of pre made "clear" Protein drinks? I can force myself to drink the shakes but will not be allowed to for 2 weeks after surgery. I have tried the flavorless powder and...I just CAN'T! Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App

KristenLe 5,979 Posted April 30, 2016 There will be Protein waters at Walmart. Might not have as much as a shake but you can drink more. Just watch for sugar content and aim for 0.
Brenda Sherwood 64 Posted April 30, 2016 There is a new product available that I actually bought at Walmart and my nutricianist approved. Atkins Lift. The only other option is Isopure, which I'm required to drink before and after. Isopure is about $5 a bottle but have 40 grams of Protein. The atkins have 20 grams and are $9 for 4. Some Isopures are nasty. I found I like Coconut and Black tea with lemon best. You can get them at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe

sbdooly73 33 Posted April 30, 2016 Thanks everyone. I need to start trying them now so that I don't put myself in the situation I was in on day 1 of my liquid diet. I baught the flavorless powder and COULD NOT do it. I cheated on the 1st day! Only the 1st day, I've been good since then. bdrummond1974 9 Posted April 30, 2016 I love Syntrax nectar in Fuzzy Navel & caribbean cooler flavors. You buy it online in quite a few different flavors. And you mix them with Water. ???? Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

The atkins drinks seem cheaper but when you break it down to price per gram of Protein its same as isopure and isopure packs in more protein and less calories per ounce Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted April 30, 2016 I got ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates from my surgeon's office and online from Bariatric Choice. I haven't looked but Bariatric Pal might have them.
