hockeymom11 5 Posted April 30, 2016 I haven't bought a new scale in about a decade and would like something reliable for the start of this process. Any recommendations? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
PaulaB72 49 Posted April 30, 2016 Depending on your budget, I quite like my Fitbit Aria. It automatically updates to my Fitbit and My Fitness Pal apps via wifi. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Montana Gal 448 Posted April 30, 2016 I got a pretty inexpensive digital scale at Walmart. So far, after a year or so it has worked fine.
Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted April 30, 2016 @@hockeymom11 I started with a no bells or whistles standard scale. I had my weigh ins with my Dr. I have a scale at the gym. The scale worked fine. I used it all the way to goal. I recently purchased a body composition scale. I love it. It measures weight, body fat percentage, body Water percentage, muscle mass and bone mass. You can do a google search to get more info on them.. Price range is from $20 to $200.
