Bufflehead 6,358 Posted April 30, 2016 Everyone loses tons of Water weight in the first couple of weeks of dieting, then it slows down. 4 lbs a week after that is a very high rate of weight loss and it will likely slow down sooner or later. And get ready for your first stall, because that's likely coming within the next couple of weeks. Don't let it freak you out! If the scale is going to stress you out, you may want to put it away for a while and just focus on the things you can control, like meeting your Protein and fluid goals.< /p>

Kindle 8,667 Posted April 30, 2016 Water, Protein and Vitamins. That's the only "tracking" you need to do right now. The numbers on the scale mean absolutely nothing at this point. Remember, weight loss is not a race, it's for the rest of your life and you can worry about the scale in a few months. I managed to lose over 100% of my excess weight and I don't even own a scale! Good luck. Sip sip sip.
