Daisee68 2,493 Posted April 30, 2016 Welcome!! And what great progress you have made so far! A stall since November must really be frustrating. How many calories / Protein grams / carb grams / fat grams are you having daily? Have you contacted your NUT to see if they can help? It seems most folks either realize they have been grazing, taking in too many carbs or just need to actually up their Protein to kick it in to gear. Also I have seen people try liquids (protein shakes) for a few days to kick the stall out. Give us a better idea of what you are doing currently and maybe we can help. Without knowing what you are doing it is hard to give suggestions. I recommend that if you are unhappy with where you are that you make an appointment with your NUT to talk about your goals. In the meantime, go back to basics. Follow your program. Track your food. Make sure you are reaching your Protein target every day. Get at least 64 oz of Fluid every day. Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed. Avoid starches, added sugars, and fried foods. Exercise.
